CONTACTS (Internal and External): Interacts extensively with all manufacturing personnel and on an occasional basis with other functional areas within the Business Unit. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Education:High school graduate with at least 1 years of experience in two of the following areas: mechanical, machine shop, hydraulic, electrical, or megatronic disciplines. Experience:High school graduate with at least 1-4 years of verifiable experience performing preventive maintenance task. Must be able to read and understand simple electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics and apply them to repair equipment and to order necessary parts. Must be able to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Personal Tool Requirements: Following is a list of tools employee must provide to perform this job. - Welder Hood - Mechanical Tools Necessary to Perform Job per tool list. - Voltage Tester - V.O.M. (Analog satisfactory) Supervision:Reports to Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Manager for job assignments and instructions. Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Responsibility:Exercises moderate degree of judgment. Questionable matters referred to the supervisor for assistance.
