Starting salary up to $54.96/hour ($114,708/year) and a competitive total compensation package!*

The Department of Health Services (DHS) is currently recruiting for two full-time Alcohol and Other Drug Services Specialists. As an Alcohol and Other Drug Services Specialist, you will oversee the daily operations of the Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Program with DHS. These roles are integral to the program and working with the program staff to ensure proper scheduling, caseload distribution, and high-quality service to enrolled clients. Some additional duties for these positions will include:

·         Tracking client progress through program phases to ensure compliance with relevant mandates

·         Acting as a liaison for the DUI Program with courts, community partners, and contracted services

·         Leading DUI prevention and outreach efforts, working with bars, restaurants, and the hospitality industry in our community

·         Providing programmatic support to the staff members in the DUI program, including guidance on documentation, service standards, and compliance

·         Conducting client services as needed, such as intakes, assessments, screenings, group, and individual educational sessions

·         Preparing and analyzing reports that focus on enrollment trends, service delivery metrics, and program outcome summaries

·         Applying and interpreting applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies within the DUI Program
