Position Overview The Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and improving process equipment in order to support the production team. The Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for working with the maintenance team to improve existing processes and repair techniques. Schedule: 2nd shift: 3:00 PM to 1:05 AM. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Conducts themself in a safe and courteous manner in accordance with company policies and procedures Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves equipment failures Performs preventive maintenance routines Performs site specific checks of facility systems Efficiently communicates plant issues in a timely manner Works responsibly to find long term value-added solutions Other responsibilities and projects as assigned. Experience and Qualifications Education: High School Diploma Experience: 5+ years in a manufacturing environment, 5+ years of electro-mechanical experience, and knowledge of food processing or packaging. Specific skills: Ability to work safety and effectively with minimal supervision. Equipment & Machinery: Knowledge of electrical wiring, controls, plc, knowledge of mechanical systems, including bearings, shafts, rollers, pneumatics. Computer Experience & Software: Experience with Allen Bradley Logix/Studio 5000 Competency Statements Act: Safely, Responsibly and Ethically.
