Tent & Event Equipment Installer

We're Hiring: Tent & Event Equipment Installer (Experience Preferred)

Location: Tucson, AZ | Pay: $19.00-$23.00/hr | Full Time (40 hrs/week) | Flexible Schedule | Great Team Culture

Frenchy's Wedding & Events - a family-owned company based in Tucson - is growing fast and looking for skilled, motivated individuals to join our team as Tent & Event Equipment Installers.

This is a hands-on role ideal for people with experience in tent installations, event setups, or physical labor who enjoy outdoor work, value teamwork, and take pride in building memorable events.

What You'll Do:

Load and unload rental equipment (tents, tables, chairs, furniture, lighting, etc.)
Drive box trucks or tow trailers to event sites across Tucson & surrounding areas
Lead or assist in the setup and breakdown of tents and event equipment
Maintain and clean equipment in the warehouse and on-site
Communicate with clients and team members in a professional and courteous way
Supervise or assist with crews during deliveries and event setups

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

Have tent installation or event setup experience (preferred)
Have worked in construction, logistics, landscaping, military, or other hands-on industries
Can lead by example, follow directions, and make decisions on the fly
Are physically capable of lifting 50-75 lbs and enjoy working outdoors
Are dependable, punctual, and comfortable working long shifts including weekends, early mornings, or evenings
Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL not required but a plus)
Can pass a background check and drug test
Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Bonus Points For:

Supervisory or crew leadership experience
Driving box trucks or towing trailers
Familiarity with construction or event production
