• Leverage technology: Must be confident using modern systems like Tekion DMS and CRM, or willing to quickly master them.
• Lead beyond your store: While your home base will be our CDJR location, you'll report directly to the owner and will be part of our broader leadership team, helping influence operations across the SVG family of dealerships.
