What to Expect

Claims Adjuster with the ability to communicate compassionately and effectively to resolve low exposure insurance claims. This person will also provide outstanding customer service and have the ability to handle a large volume of claims.


What You'll Do
  • Analyze, review, and interpret policies to assess coverage and liability
  • Handle simple to moderate complexity claims, including single vehicle losses to glass claims
  • Establish and maintain proper loss and expense reserves on their claims
  • Determine what investigation is necessary on more complicated claims to bring a claim to an equitable conclusion for all parties involved
  • Responsible for controlling the work done by the independent adjuster/appraiser
  • Document, verify and review damages
  • Make timely payments to insureds, claimants, and/or shops

What You'll Bring
  • 1+ years' experience handling claims, including understanding, and interpreting auto policiespreferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Proactive team member and ability to develop collaborative relationships
  • Highly organized and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organization skills while moving from task to task in a high pace environment
  • Ability to be onsite daily
  • Adjuster license required within 90 days of start date if not already obtainedwithin 90 days of start date if not already obtained
