To learn more about our BNSF Police team, please view this video:Resource Protection This position oversees all operations of the Resource Operation Call Center (ROCC), ensuring the effective dispatching of emergency services and adherence to all relevant policies and regulations. They also manage personnel, develop and implement procedures, and work to improve efficiency and service quality within the center. Key responsibilities may include:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor In-depth understanding of policies and protocols within an emergency call center Must possess sound judgement and reasoning skills Must possess a good working knowledge of ROCC programs; GIS Mapping, Remedy, Genetec, Phone, CCURE and CARS Ability to de-escalate/diffuse stressful situations Ability to lead, coach, train, teach and guide Police Communication Specialists and Supervisors of Police Communication in the ROCC Strong verbal and written communication skills Receive and/or maintain intermediate TCOLE (Texas Commission on Law Enforcement) certification Receive and/or maintain access to NCIC (National Crime Information Center) with full access Receive and/or maintain TAC (Terminal Agency Coordinator) training for NCIC, to manage NCIC records PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree At BNSF, you will have access to a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including:
