At New Honor Society, the Management Director is a skilled primary relationship builder with deep credentials and a talent for human interaction. The person in this role will listen, understand and anticipate client needs. Someone who oversees and helps deliverstrong creative marketing communications and strategic thinking. This person will never cease to find new ideas and opportunities to strengthen and expand the client's business. As a key collaborator, this person knows how to unite and motivate variousdepartments towards a common goal. Responsibilities: * Understand the client's business beyond the marketing aspect * Think collaboratively and leverage various disciplines in the agency to presentclient brand-building opportunities and agency-building initiatives * Maintain communications with senior members of other departments to ensureall client needs are being addressed * Manage needs of team members to maximize learning and productivity whileminimizing turnover * Analyze P&L statements and takes necessary action to ensure profitability * Experience in driving organic growth and new business Requirements: * 8+ years of experience in marketing or advertising * Experience managing & mentoring team members * Show the ability to monitor and evaluate marketing environment for the bigbrand-building opportunities and initiatives * Exhibit strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, promoteenthusiasm and motivate relationship-building * Has developed staff management and partnership abilities * Display strong analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative * Demonstrate superior oral, written and strategic abilities * Has experience with financial planning and revenue forecasting * Possess an integrated background with online/offline expertise * Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience required This job description is not an exhaustive list of all functions that an employee may be required toperform, and the employee may be required to perform additional functions, reserving the right to revisethe job description at any time.
