The Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across all shifts. This role coordinates manufacturing resources to ensure the timely execution of the production schedule in alignment with customer demands. The Operations Manager leads day-to-day operations, manages cross-functional collaboration, and supports high-performing teams in a safe and efficient work environment.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
* Lead, coach, and develop the Operations team to foster a safe, efficient, and high-performing work environment using Solenis' tools and programs.
* Oversee day-to-day production activities to meet or exceed safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals aligned with site and company objectives.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all shifts to enhance operational efficiency, lean practices, and equipment maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and support accurate production data entry and reporting in SAP.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Quality, and Maintenance teams to meet customer expectations and coordinate production and maintenance schedules.
* Support and manage financial targets, including labor planning, training requirements, and departmental budgets.
* Lead root cause investigations for safety and quality incidents, ensuring corrective actions and long-term solutions are implemented.
* Maintain training documentation and cross-training matrices to build workforce flexibility and support team growth.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a process-driven manufacturing environment (chemical, food, or beverage sectors preferred), including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Proficiency with Lean Manufacturing principles, SAP or similar ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

* Ability to stand and walk on the production floor for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Comfortable working in environments with varying heat levels and odors, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Strong data analysis and decision-making skills based on quantitative information.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and coordination abilities.
* Demonstrated adaptability to shifting priorities and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
* Performs additional duties as assigned.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $105,600.00 and $176,000.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
