As a Territory Sales Representative - Industrial Services , you will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales growth across diverse industries. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business and technical challenges, develop tailored solutions, and communicate the value of our services. What Makes a Successful Business Development Rep at Interstates?
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology is preferred. Experience: 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling services. Experience in construction is a plus. Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $80,000-100,000. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience. Location: This role is based in or near South Dakota and Minnesota (Office or Hybrid).
