We're looking for a dynamic Vice President of Marketing to shape and drive our strategic marketing vision and fuel our growth. In this high-impact role, you'll lead a talented team to drive brand strategy, digital and product marketing, and demand and lead generation, -all while ensuring every marketing initiative aligns with our broader business goals.

Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with company leadership, product and service teams, and sales to shape growth-oriented strategies.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a long-term marketing roadmap
  • Partner with leadership to create annual marketing plans aligned with business growth targets.
  • Define lead generation and pipeline strategies that align with buyer needs, market opportunities, and long-term business growth objectives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), analytics, and reporting frameworks to support data-driven decision-making and maximize marketing ROI.
  • Create and implement a brand strategy.
  • Ensure a cohesive and consistent brand presence across all channels.
  • Build, develop, and scale the marketing organization to meet evolving business needs.


Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience: 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior-level role. Experience with marketing tactics to drive sales pipeline growth, such as demand and lead generation, account-based marketing, and digital tactics.

Travel: This position can be based out of either our Sioux Center, IA, Sioux Falls, SD, or Omaha, NE Offices.Travel will be required and will vary according to business requirements. Up to 20% may be expected.

Location: This position may be based out of our Sioux Falls, SD, Sioux Center, IA, or Omaha, NE offices.

Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $150K - $190K + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience.
