The salary range for this role, based in Texas, is $82,880.00 to $103,600.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

TX Whiskey Ranch & Pernod Ricard are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Events Manager. This person will report directly to the company's Brand Home Director and will play a key role in the company by offering the highest level of customer care & experiences to all our guests, clients & internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing TX's best-in-class internal & external events & experiences from initial booking to execution and settlement.
  • Recruit, hire & train a balanced part-time events team to assist in event coverage and ensure consistent high levels of customer satisfaction through customer care, product & company knowledge.
  • Develops annual event budgets & manages those approved plans to ensure growth and increased revenue.
  • Analyze & keep detailed reporting of financial performance of events, event recaps to drive informed future planning, and assist in the overall revenue growth and brand home success.
  • P&L analyzation to manage labor costs, facility upgrades & maintenance and ensure brand home profitability.
  • Manage the scheduling, payroll & training of all event staff - including events team, setup crew, housekeeping, security, etc.
  • Manager of the full calendar & booking system to ensure that all key stakeholders have detailed information, that contracts are issued and secured properly, and that communication flows smoothly.
  • Ability to plan, organize & execute events for 1500+ guests with ease & confidence.
  • Work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales & Operations teams to ensure experiences highlight positively the brand and align with long-term strategy.
  • Assist in creating marketing plans & paid media campaigns that are consistent with brand and brand home goals to drive increased guest count, spend per guest & brand loyalty conversion.
  • Identify and execute experiences that attract & elevate visitor engagement, data collection, per guest spending, and moments of conviviality.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with local vendors, clients, community & city officials, and tourism boards to ensure that Whiskey Ranch remains a top destination for guests.
  • Work all TX branded experiences as 'Manager on Duty' as needed including help with guest check-in, tour check-in, retail sales & client relations.
  • Oversee the creation of a new VIP Membership Program and all the planning, marketing & logistics needed to make that initiative a success.
  • Represents TX and Pernod Ricard in a positive manner that reflects company service standards, responsible hosting & best in class hospitality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of Hospitality/Events experience required.
  • Strong level of organization, time management & strategic event planning skills required.
  • High level of customer service experience.
  • Effective in problem solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Advanced computer & MS Office Suite skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
