We are seeking a Supply Chain / Logistics Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll apply advanced logistical methods and data-driven analysis to model, predict, and improve supply chain operations. You'll partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams-spanning Regulatory, Procurement, Finance, and Manufacturing-to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, service, and cost performance. What You'll Be Doing
Analyze service and cost baseline models to evaluate current performance and identify improvement opportunities. Model current and future state supply chain scenarios and assess cost/service implications. Translate complex system models (e.g., Tableau) into clear, executive-level presentations with actionable recommendations. Proactively identify potential supply chain risks and collaborate with functional teams to minimize customer order impacts. Design and implement data collection and analysis strategies to support simulation models and investment decisions. Provide detailed cost analyses for internal and external supply chain solutions. Develop and maintain supply chain reporting metrics, identifying key trends to guide strategic decisions. Conduct production and capacity planning analyses to ensure operational readiness. Serve as a liaison between Finance, Fulfillment Operations, and other internal departments. Support vendor, contractor, and client relationships with timely and accurate insights. Deliver process flows, models, and KPI reporting to support global logistics initiatives.
What We Look For
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience as an analyst, preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large, complex datasets. Experience building databases in Access or similar software. Familiarity with business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Oracle, Tableau, and ERP systems. Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. High-level analytical and problem-solving abilities with a process improvement mindset. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners. Technically adept in navigating and interpreting large-scale data to drive business recommendations.
Work Location Requirement This is a 100% on-site role, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours, based at our Bristol, PA office.
