Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our HR team. This role is responsible for conducting learning needs assessments, consulting with business leaders, and bringing learning solutions to life through engaging design and facilitation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering impactful learning experiences, measuring their effectiveness, and continuously iterating to improve outcomes. With a strong focus on in-person facilitation, this role also requires fluency in learning technologies, including LMS platforms and tools such as Articulate Storyline. Key Responsibilities * Partner with business leaders to assess learning needs and recommend tailored learning solutions. * Design, develop, and deliver engaging in-person training programs that support employee development and organizational goals. * Facilitate workshops, leadership development sessions, and other in-person learning experiences with confidence and impact. * Leverage learning technologies, including LMS platforms and eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline), to support blended learning strategies. * Collaborate with subject matter experts to create custom learning content and programs. * Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. * Facilitate DiSC sessions with teams across Medic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong emphasis on facilitation and instructional design. * Proven experience with learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline. * Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. * Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications * Certification in instructional design, facilitation, or related areas (e.g., CPLP, ATD, Kirkpatrick). * Certification in DiSC * Experience in change management and organizational development. * Familiarity with adult learning principles and performance consulting methodologies. This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite, on average, 3 days per week. We are open to candidates located near one of the following office locations: Minnetonka, MN, Omaha, NE, or Madison, WI. The full salary range for this position is $68,800 - $118,000. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
