Description

In this key role, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting activities, providing support to Finance and Operations departments, and driving process improvements.



  • Month end accruals, reconciliations and journal entries, various monthly / quarterly reporting
  • Filing state sales and use tax
  • Reporting and reviewing accrual analysis with Finance management
  • Assisting with treasury functions including loan reconciliation and bank reporting
  • Reconciling daily cash in-flow with customer AR payments
  • Providing accounting and invoicing support for manufacturing division ERP
  • Performing special projects and data analysis as needed


Required Qualifications. To make a smooth transition into this role, you must possess the following:



  • BS in Accounting/Finance
  • 1+ years of relevant accounting experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to conduct research, analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to demonstrate good detail orientation, logical thinking and organization and prioritization skills
  • Solid understanding of accounting processes and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, strong Excel skills - ability to perform advanced functions, manipulate large amounts of data with ease, and format a report professionally for use by upper management
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency with accounting software systems
