The Opportunity

Join Adobe's Brand Concierge team as a Senior Engineering Manager, Conversational AI, where you will lead a passionate team building an AI-first, agentic experience platform that redefines how brands communicate. Our mission is to empower Adobe's customers to deliver intelligent, brand-authentic conversations at scale by leveraging generative AI to speak and act on behalf of the brand using its own content and data. If you are excited by the future of distributed computing through natural language interfaces and want to shape how conversation becomes the next click, we would love to connect. Adobe is pioneering the next chapter of personalized digital experiences, and Brand Concierge is at the forefront.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a team of engineers from start to finish in developing the Brand Concierge agentic application, including research, building, implementation, quality assurance, production deployment and operation.

You will also collaborate actively with upstream and downstream teams. These groups are passionate about machine learning, language processing, administration, and analytical systems.
  • Take ownership of the development life cycle, closely supervising progress, identifying risks and opportunities, and unblock challenges. Of course, you'll celebrate the team's success and mentor improvements and increased efficiency!
  • Play a pivotal role in attracting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining outstanding engineers through mentorship, and grow them professionally and personally. Foster a culture that values teamwork, celebration and improvement. Your leadership will contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Drive the team using multiple languages in a zero to one product cycle, i.e. develop the initial version of software.
