Job Summary

The Analyst Warranty role supports Domestic and International Warranty Operations business processes and systems. This position works closely with Domestic and International Warranty Operation Leads, and market adjudicators to research, analyze, and resolve Warranty system and process issues and maintain reference documentation. This position will also assist in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and assist in the development and implementation of special projects and training.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reviews warranty claims and approves for payment as required
  • Keeps pace with claims processing technologies, procedures, and policies. Balances multiple tasks and seeing them through to closure.
  • Continuously improve dealers' competency around warranty with minimal guidance
  • Works in a collaborative team environment, recognizing when team members require support and provides support as needed
  • Assists in developing training for domestic and international dealer and adjudicator personnel as needed
  • Conducts domestic and international adjudicator audits
  • Provides a high level of expertise and product / process knowledge to warranty adjudicators

  • Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Strong analytical process and principle-based problem-solving capabilities
  • Project implementation experience
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to work in self-directed work group
  • Ability to adapt to changes
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and written
  • Ability to work with international partners


Preferred



  • AS400 and SAP system knowledge
  • Knowledge of Harley-Davidson Warranty Policies are desired
