The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a key role in the organization's human resources strategy by leading the talent acquisition team and all aspects of the talent acquisition process. This position is responsible for attracting, sourcing, selecting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's current and future staffing needs. The Talent Acquisition Manager collaborates closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with business objectives.

You'll partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to attract, source, and hire top talent aligned with our values and vision. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years leading recruitment and hiring processes
