We're hiring aLogistics Coordinator! This role is responsible for the coordination of product receipt, shipments, and activities within the complex. This role provides support to customers, shippers, suppliers, shipping agents, Marine Group, Project Managers, and Operations. The coordinator will own the overall complex schedule and coordinate activities to achieve our business plans while delivering excellence to our internal and external customers.

"Gauges" of Responsibility

  • Monitor and track movement of products.

  • Ownership of terminal business schedules within complex.

  • Coordinate downtime and delays with the complex's customers.

  • Coordinating vessel and pipeline activities with key stakeholders as applicable.

  • Oversee Terminal Smart Application and verify info and times are being tracked accordingly.

  • Build and maintain overall business schedule for the complex.

  • Confirming vessel and barge final inspection reports with inspectors as applicable.

  • Learning terminal/pipeline operations as applicable.

  • Learning ship/barge operations as applicable.

  • Managing overall business schedule with operations, projects, and compliance.

  • Developing good working relationships and communication with operations, stakeholders, and customers.

  • Coordinate rail logistic activities with local, state and federal regulators (DOT, FRA).

Qualifications

  • Proficient in using web-based applications.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel etc.

  • Understanding of USCG, PHMSA, and OSHA Regulations.

  • Able to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks.

Education Requirement

  • Must have a minimum of a high school diploma
