What You Will Do:

Trimble's Field Systems Geospatial division is seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Professional to lead our product go to market efforts towards subscription-based models. This role is pivotal in driving the transition from traditional sales to subscription products and services, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of subscription models, pricing and business transformation strategies.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to transition products and services to subscription-based models.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and customer support to ensure seamless integration of subscription offerings.

  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for subscription services and enhancements.

  • Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns that communicate the value of subscription models to existing and potential customers.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of subscription services, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve customer acquisition and retention.

  • Lead training and development initiatives to equip sales and support teams with the knowledge and tools necessary for successful subscription sales.

  • Engage with key stakeholders to drive alignment and support for subscription transformation initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Geospatial Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on subscription models and business transformation.

  • Proven track record of successfully transitioning products to subscription-based models in the technology sector.

  • Strong understanding of geospatial technologies and their applications.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

$105,682.00-$142,676.00
