We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team at Liverpool Shop.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on various construction equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Shop Manager to ensure all equipment is functioning properly with all safety measures in place and operational.
  • Support the Shop Manager in ensuring that all equipment operates in full compliance with environmental regulations related to maintenance.
  • Work with the Shop Manager to uphold the highest safety standards during all maintenance operations performed and/or observed.
  • Execute tasks on equipment independently, without direct supervision.
  • Diagnose and repair a range of issues associated with mobile equipment.
  • Assist in collecting data for maintenance databases.
Skills
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficient in hands-on work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in challenging conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
Education
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Two years' experience in the industry.
  • Solid knowledge of diesel and equipment mechanics.
Compensation

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
