Join our dynamic Chromalloy team as an EHS Specialist for our Tampa Castings facility and make a significant impact on our organization's safety culture. You will play a crucial role in coaching site operations leaders and driving the implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee safe behaviors and eliminate hazards/unsafe conditions. Your expertise and leadership will shape a culture of environmental, health and safety excellence throughout our organization. The EHS Specialist joins a team reporting to the multi-site EHS Sr. Manager and works closely with the site leadership and the corporate EHS team. This is an on-site role, with core operating hours Monday-Friday and the flexibility to respond during second and weekend shifts. Responsibilities:
