Description
SUMMARY The Site Security Coordinator supports 24/7 site security operations of the Foxboro Campus including Gillette Stadium, Patriot Place, parking lots, and other locations as assigned. This role is primarily responsible for supporting physical protection systems, security guard force, security planning, incident management and response, and special projects. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Site Security Manager with daily operation of security systems and security hardware in Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place including video management and access control systems.
- Assist with executing security operations for stadium events, including NFL & MLS games, concerts, and special events.
- Ensure compliance with stadium security policies, NFL regulations, and public safety protocols.
- Coordinate projects and audits on physical security system performance, identify efficiencies to reduce costs and present recommendations to the Site Security Manager that improve physical security plans.
- Conduct campus walkthroughs and security checks to identify and mitigate potential risks. Summarize findings and present to the Site Security Manager for review.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including law enforcement, emergency medical teams, and stadium operations staff in support of daily operations.
- Document security incidents, maintain detailed reports, and provide post-event security assessments to the Site Security Manager.
- Assist in developing and enhancing emergency response protocols and security best practices.
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
- Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-2 years prior experience in event security, law enforcement, military, or stadium operations, preferred.
- Understanding of security protocols, crowd management, and emergency response.
- Familiar with security technology including access control and surveillance, preferred
- Effective leadership, communication, and people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations and make sound decisions quickly

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- CPR, AED and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain certifications
