What You'll Bring:

  • 15+ years' experiencein business transformation, AI/ML capabilities, process engineering, and intelligent automation
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in leading global teams and delivering enterprise-wide transformation programs
  • Deep expertise in low-code platforms, AI/ML automation, process mining and statistical analysis
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, model-driven development and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strategic thinker with strong cross-functional collaboration and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale automation capabilities and solve complex operational problems.
  • Experience in mentoring talent and support building Centers of Excellence along with relevant leaders

Impact You'll Make:

As Vice President - Head of Capability Development, you will lead the global transformation agenda for Continuous Improvement Services, with a strong focus on the practical application of Applied AI to solve real-world business challenges across Global Operations. This role is pivotal to TransUnion's strategic modernization efforts and will drive enterprise-wide change through intelligent automation, AI/ML-powered decisioning, process optimization, and digital workflow transformation.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across Global Operations, Technology, Data Science & Analytics, and Solutions teams to design and implement scalable, AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.

  • Lead the development and execution of Applied AI strategies to address operational challenges and unlock efficiencies across Global Operations.
  • Translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions, applying machine learning, natural language processing, and intelligent automation to drive outcomes.
  • Oversee the deployment of AI-powered virtual agents and document intelligence tools to automate high-volume, manual workflows.
  • Implement low-code automation frameworks (BPMN, DMN, CMMN) to accelerate digital transformation and reduce development cycles.
  • Establish governance models and performance metrics to monitor AI effectiveness, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the continuous improvement services and change service teams to drive transformative initiatives that deliver substantial business value. Partner with senior leadership to define and execute transformation roadmaps across business units
  • Focus on consolidating, maturing & integrating change capabilities for more impactful solutions. Mentor and grow a global team of automation, knowledge management, business intelligence and process experts
  • Represent TransUnion at industry forums and internal leadership councils on Applied AI and Operational Process excellence
  • Deliver measurable business impact through transformation initiatives, vendor negotiations, and strategic capability development.

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $193,500.00 - $406,500.00 *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
