Responsible for verifying all incoming parts and maintaining records of incoming shipments that require decontamination & cleaning. Duties include, but not limited to, receiving, unpacking, verifying, decontaminating & cleaning, and recording/logging of applicable parts requiring decontamination & cleaning.

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Unpacks, verifies, and documents all incoming products; ensures prompt and accurate receipt, decontamination & cleaning, logging, and routing of applicable parts.
  • Follows decontamination & cleaning process and procedures.
  • Upon completion of decontamination & cleaning, delivers internal products to the appropriate designated area(s) with the proper documentation.
  • Delivers T&E, Demo, Loaner, Convention and credits to the appropriate designated area(s) after decontamination & cleaning processing and ensures documentation matches the parts.
  • Reviews all repair orders, matches it to repair documentation, and delivers to the appropriate designated areas; reviews records in SAP to determine appropriate department routing.
  • Delivers orders requiring QA evaluation or complaint processing to designated QA area with appropriate documentation.
  • Loads/unloads all convention equipment and processes it for decontamination & cleaning per procedures.
  • Follows all outlined safety procedures and uses required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when performing duties for this role.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Routes products that are missing documentation to 'holding bin'. Communicates missing documentation for returned product to Customer Service.
  • Maintains and stores all supplies per requirements, keeping areas clean and well organized.
  • Aware of and comply with the RWMIC Quality Manual and regulations & requirements as they apply to this job type/position.
  • Completes all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned by Shipping & Receiving Manager and/or Decontamination & Cleaning Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in parts handling, cleaning, or receiving Department experience preferred.
  • Good verbal and written skills communications skills
  • Good time management skills, ability to prioritize workloads, and organizational skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic PC skills and familiarity with all MS Office suite products, ability to create & maintain electronic logs/monthly reports.
  • Familiar with and able to use pallet jacks
  • Experience with and understanding of cross-cultural differences and the ability to work within this environment is crucial for successful employment.
  • The following physical demands are required:
    • Lift/Carry 25+ pounds
    • Bend/Stoop/Kneel 4 hours per day
    • Stand/Sit/Walk 8 hours per day
    • Push/pull 50+ pounds
