Overview We're seeking an experienced Executive Coordinator for Special Events to be an integral part of TRCs Security and Emergency Management practice and a trusted member of a team responsible for supporting our government and commercial sector clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In this role you will primarily be supporting executive leadership with the preparation and facilitation of meetings and working groups, coordinating project timelines and deliverables, ensuring effective communication across a broad range of stakeholders, and supporting the client with other duties that may be assigned. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, coupled with the ability to quickly adapt to evolving project requirements. This role requires a self-starter who can maintain progress in a complex environment, collaborating with a large group of diverse stakeholders in leadership positions and establishing the groundwork to facilitate positive outcomes on tight timelines. This position requires the candidate to be in daily commuting distance to Boston, MA. Responsibilities

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
