About the role As a consultant - project coordinatorin the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy practice area, you will collaborate with team members to conceptualize, deliver, and support our state clients and their health information network initiatives. NYSTEC is considered a trusted advisor, providing subject matter expertise and connecting the dots for our clients. This role has a hybrid work schedule allowing for remote work as on-site in the Albany area with the client, as needed. You should have a diverse set of organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively support project coordination and stakeholder engagement. You must be able to work collaboratively with a team, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining attention to detail. Additionally, you should be a skilled facilitator, capable of supporting and leading meetings/discussions with multiple stakeholder groups. Serving as a project coordinator, your day-to-day work will include applying coordination, facilitation, project management, proactive communication, and problem-solving skills to support our clients and their unique needs. The target base salary for this position is $60,000 - $82,000 per year. When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including skill set, experience, location, and job-related qualifications.
