Description
As a Program Development Manager at Convergint, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and securing our most strategic, complex, and high-value initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategic selling, solution development, and program enablement-working closely with Account Executives and customers to co-create vision, scope, and execution plans for large multi-site, multi-country projects and long-term services engagements. Salary Range: Starting at $130,000/annual You will divide your time across two major focus areas: Strategic Initiative Pursuits (50-75%)
Development of Services & Value-Added Offerings (25-50%)
