The Business Development Manager at EnviroScience is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities to support the company's growth initiatives. This position will collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to expand the company's client base, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and promote the company's environmental and scientific services. The successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset to align market opportunities with EnviroScience's core competencies, driving revenue and customer success. Work Environment We enjoy and encourage collaboration and this position will support multiple departments. This position will also require working independently to cultivate and secure sales, with minimal supervision. This position will require overnight travel for technical and marketing conferences (estimated 30 days / year). This position is a remote hybrid role, meaning employees will work remotely but may be required to come into the Stow, Ohio office to retrieve a company vehicle or on an as needed basis for sales trips and training. Standard office equipment will be provided to work in the office and at home - a dedicated space at home to work is also required. Uninterrupted home-based internet is a must in your home to attend and host video calls, along with a minimum bandwidth speed of 20 mbps. If you do not have an in home office space or cannot meet the internet needs, an office space will be provided for you in the company's Stow, Ohio office.
