Summary Critical position requiring an experienced and detail-oriented landscape architect, to serve as the primary quality control specialist for the urban design of municipal projects. This position ensures that design and construction align with approved plans, specifications, and regulatory standards. Provides leadership in quality assurance for diverse infrastructures and collaborate closely with city staff, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of functionality, safety, sustainability, and aesthetic quality. Pay Range: $62,551 - $90,598 (Depending on qualifications and experience) Work Schedule: TBD Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Physical Requirements / Work Environment The incumbent works in both in-office and outdoor environment, with exposure to unpleasant environmental conditions and/or hazards. May be exposed to extremes of heat and cold, rain, humidity, insects, noxious odors, fumes, and physical stress from exertion and lifting. Exposed to physical exertion such as bending, lifting, stooping, reaching, pulling, and pushing. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. |
