Job Summary (Primary function) The Sr. Manager, Market Access Operations position is responsible for supporting the Market Access Field teams across the Dermatology portfolio. This role is critical to enabling effective and efficient field execution across the Market Access Team. This role will be closely partnered with all Market Access Field teams including: Pharmacy Account Managers (PAM's), Field Access Managers (FAM's), Field Payer team and Certified Nurse Educators (CNE's) to ensure alignment on priorities and seamless operations support. Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities) * Lead the execution of the core market access operations functions with a focus on collaboration with the Market Access Team * Collaborate with the Market Access field teams to develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help the market access field teams focus on performance drivers * Identify and build out appropriate educational materials to support ongoing team development in the areas of planning, analysis, and execution. * Continually evaluate team structure to optimize resources and provide increased/consistent customer support. * Develop account plan and promotional response models if and when applicable for the market access field teams. * Analyze performance trends and effectiveness to identify opportunities and inefficiencies. * Manage quality assurance in the tracking and implementation of the targets/accounts and affiliations within the CRM system. * Responsible for all field training in regards to field team tools, i.e. dashboards, CRM systems and ad hoc reports. * Collaborate with the Business Information Services (BIS) team to define business requirements and solutions for all tools and deliverables that support the field market access teams. Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency) * BA or BS degree required, degrees in mathematical background preferred. * 8-10 years experience in Market Access, Commercial Analytics, or Operations within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. * Proficiency with market access data sources * Proficient in all aspects of analyzing healthcare sales data and field activities. * Proficient in customer relationship management systems for Market Access teams * Excellent verbal, written and stakeholder management skills to effectively influence and manage expectations with sales management and cross-functional teams. * Strong project management skills. * Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this job.
