Job Summary

The Key Experience & Design (KeyXD) team drives enterprise-wide quantitative and qualitative research to inform strategic decisions and enhance client and employee experiences. This role requires strong technical skills in data analytics platforms/software (examples: Python, SPSS, R, advanced Excel such as PHStat2) and combining across multiple disparate data sources to deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will lead the development of other analysts in service to the broader client experience team and desired business outcomes.

Essential Job Functions

  • Data Integration & Analysis: Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using data analytics platforms; interpret code logic to validate data pipelines and ensure accuracy.
  • Analytics Design: Recommend new quantitative methodologies for consideration and/or or evolve quantitative methodologies already in practice.
  • Advanced Analytics Execution: Apply advanced statistical techniques (SEM, ENET, K-means, etc.) to uncover actionable insights.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate analysis, including leveraging AI and ensure access to broader range of behavioral and operation data points
  • Best Practice Development: Create a knowledge warehouse for repeatable code and processes that can be leveraged by more junior analysts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across the team and bank to align research priorities with strategic goals.
  • Manager: This role will directly manage three analysts, acting as a player-coach, guiding team members on technical and analytical best practices.
  • Insight Storytelling: Synthesize findings into deep, compelling narratives and presentations and teach directs how to create a clear path from one insight to another

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Economics, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 10+ years in Data Analytics, or related roles.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong data analytics platform skills for statistical analysis, automation, and data modeling (Python preferred, R, SPSS, etc.)
    • Ability to write, read and interpret code for troubleshooting and validation.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data from multiple sources and connect insights across studies.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills
  • Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Mindset: Intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71,000.00 - $122,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $125,000 to $135,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
