Rex Impatient Rehab Services is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Acute Care Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. This full-time, Monday-Friday position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy care to patients in an acute care setting. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a broad range of skilled therapeutic interventions, tailored to each patient's individual needs and aligned with the treatment goals and evaluations established by the physical therapy team. You'll play an integral role in helping patients regain function and mobility by progressing treatment plans based on real-time assessments of their progress. Additionally, you'll collaborate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care and optimal recovery outcomes. Ideal candidates will bring prior clinical experience in an acute care setting and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
