As Senior Data Systems Analyst at Fountain House, you will?lead the design, optimization, and integration of Fountain House's data systems to ensure actionable, reliable, and scalable data is available across research, programs, and strategic decision-making. Full-Time Hybrid $100k - $110k
Requirements
Data Infrastructure & ETL Development
- Design and implement robust ETL pipelines integrating data from systems such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), Excel/OneDrive, SharePoint, and other sources into SQL Server databases.
- Lead data migrations from legacy systems and oversee long-term system integrations and upgrades.
- Write and maintain stored procedures, views, and functions to standardize, clean, and model data effectively.
- Develop scalable data pipelines with an emphasis on accuracy, security, automation, and performance optimization.
- Maintain metadata and data dictionaries to support governance and reproducibility.
Business Intelligence Development
- Develop dynamic, stakeholder-focused Power BI dashboards and reports (including paginated reports) to support program tracking, service improvement, and compliance reporting.
- Architect efficient Power BI data models and datasets with calculated columns, measures, and refresh schedules.
- Design accessible and actionable visualizations aligned with programmatic outcomes and research questions.
- Optimize reporting performance, backend refresh rates, and dataflows to ensure reliable and timely outputs.
Collaboration, Strategy & Communication
- Act as a key liaison between IT, Research, and Quality Assurance Compliance/Program staff to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
- Support with building tools for QI/QA such as dashboards
- Support research and evaluation teams through data exploration, analysis, and statistical reporting.
- Provide documentation and training to non-technical staff and support organizational data literacy.
- Translate technical concepts and findings into accessible language and visualizations for cross-functional audiences.
- Use data analytics to inform and support performance improvement initiatives across the organization.

What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Experience with SQL Server, ETL pipelines (manual or automated), and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards to support organizational decision-making and compliance.
- Experience with Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse Analytics).
- Strong understanding of data quality assurance, validation, and governance best practices.
- Deep proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query, and related tools (Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Familiarity with HIPAA and IRB standards; experience working with healthcare or sensitive data.
- Experience with Python or R for statistical modeling or automation.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, ETL processes, and data modeling for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Experience working across departments with a diverse team of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to evolving data needs and timelines.
