Job Summary
The Total Rewards Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for both Full-Time and Part-Time staff, as well as the Club's Next Pro team. This role supports payroll operations, benefits administration, reporting, and compliance, while serving as a key liaison between the Finance, Human Resources, and team personnel. The ideal candidate brings a high level of detailed orientation, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic sports organization. This is a full time, exempt position.
