Gastroenterologist - Loyola Medicine at MacNeal

Loyola Medicine at MacNeal Hospital invites applications for a full-time clinical practice gastroenterologist. MacNeal is a community-based hospital located in Berwyn, IL. The ideal candidate should have exceptional skills in general gastroenterology, ideally with a clinical focus in the management of common upper and lower gastrointestinal conditions. Interventional skills including endoscopic ultrasound ( EUS) and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography ( ERCP) are preferred but not required. The candidate should be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Gastroenterology and possess an Illinois license at the time of appointment.

The successful candidate will be at the rank of Assistant Professor and will be joining a busy community-based practice providing inpatient and outpatient care. Weinberg Cancer Center, acute rehabilitation, a transitional care center, childcare center and fitness center. Founded in 1919, MacNeal Hospital is a 374-licensed-bed teaching hospital in Berwyn with advanced medical, surgical and psychiatric services and a 68-bed behavioral health program.
