Adult Psychiatric Support provides supportive services including, but not limited to, crisis counseling, short-term and center-based case management, case coordination, and medication refill assistance. Assessments and referrals to other programs are made based on client need and recommendations from LCI psychiatrists and APRNs.

Overview:

The Psychiatric Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Psychiatric Support team, Outpatient Nursing Clinic and Psychiatric Support services. This role manages the clinical, financial, and administrative functions while supervising staff and ensuring quality support is provided for Lakeview Center clients.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Must have good clinical writing skills, be computer literate, able to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Must have ability to multitask.
  • Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.

Compensation:

Salary Range for this position is $49,056 - $53,900 per year. Salary is based on experience.
