Staffmark is hiring a Production Loader in Alexandria, MN
for a local company that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Pay Rate:



  • $15.50/hour base pay
  • $1/hour attendance bonus - simply complete your scheduled shift to earn more!



Schedule:



  • Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • No weekends! Steady weekday schedule



As a Production Loader, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by loading and unloading test materials from packaging equipment in a clean, organized environment. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and values safety and reliability.

Responsibilities:



  • Load/unload products from secondary packaging equipment
  • Keep your workspace neat and organized in line with 5S standards
  • Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE
  • Communicate respectfully with team members and supervisors
  • Support company mission and values through your daily work
