Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (based on experience) Schedule:
As a Sales Representative, you'll manage customer service inquiries professionally and serve as the main point of contact throughout the repair and service process. You'll provide updates on service status, completion times, and any changes, ensuring that customers feel informed and supported. This role involves overseeing the sales and repair process, providing detailed product and service knowledge, creating and closing work orders, and recommending additional services or parts when needed. You'll be expected to deliver a concierge-level experience, build lasting relationships with customers, and help foster loyalty through exceptional service. Qualifications:
