Your Impact As IT Data and Compliance specialist you will maintain the technology infrastructure, supporting virtual access, ensure compliance with funding requirements, and working side-by-side with members to facilitate their digital skills and comfort with technology. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Provide initial diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, network, and virtual access issues for staff and members.
- Log and update tech support tickets in our help desk and tech support platform, Ninja RMM
- Escalate tickets to New York-based tech support team, if needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly to minimize disruption for members engaging via in-person or remote platforms.
- Assist with setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of computers, tablets, and virtual meeting tools, following standards set by the New York-based tech support team
- Support members with virtual access issues, including troubleshooting video conferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) and remote connection challenges.
- Guide members in using digital devices, online resources, and remote services confidently and independently, coordinating as needed with the Virtual Access Team and the IT Department
- Work directly with members, providing step-by-step technical assistance during in-person or virtual sessions to build digital literacy and confidence
- Collaborate with other clubhouse staff, such as the Virtual Access team, to identify members' tech needs and tailor support accordingly.
- Support secure data entry and management for member records, funding requirements and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the use and maintenance of the Eccovia/ClientTrack system for member data, including troubleshooting access issues, working closely with the New York-based solutions engineering team
- Keep detailed records of all support interactions in appropriate systems, such as Ninja or Eccovia CT, especially those involving direct member supports.
- Participate in team meetings and training on new systems or practices.

What You Bring
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or relevant training preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience required
- Experience working with individuals experiencing serious mental illness desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for working directly with members to provide support
- Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems (Windows, MacOS, or Linux), and common applications.
- Experience with data management platforms, particularly Eccovia ClientTrack or similar systems
- Familiar with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams) and troubleshooting remote access.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to users with varying levels of digital literacy.
- Understanding of privacy and security standards (HIPAA, organizational policies).
- Reliable, adaptable, and committed to supporting community members in developing digital skills
