JOB SUMMARY: The VP, Brand Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the overall global brand strategy to enhance brand equity, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This executive-level role leads brand positioning, creative direction, brand campaign strategy, and cross-functional marketing initiatives to ensure a consistent and compelling global brand presence, verbally and visually, across all channels.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Leads, plans and directs marketing and communication strategies supporting the Company's public image and the brand's verbal and visual identities.

2. Develops and executes branding and positioning strategies that establish the Company as the leader in the industry.

3. Leads brand architecture and ensures consistency across all touchpoints.

4. Oversees and provides leadership for projection of the brand, including marketing mix planning, messaging and editorial by both internal teams and external vendors such as public relations and media agencies.

5. Ensures coordination of marketing messages with internal and external investor relations teams; works with investor relations to support and evolve corporate positioning.

6. Leads and directs the Company's corporate image; partners with any applicable external agencies in the area of Public Relations.

7. Establishes and oversees adherence to brand guidelines in marketing as well as in operational client- and provider-facing materials such as implementation materials, client/provider support materials, and sales presentation materials; oversees creative direction for the Company's visual brand.

8. Collaborates with creative, digital, and media teams to deliver impactful messaging.

9. Manages and mentors a team of brand marketers, designers, and strategists.

10. Fosters a culture of creativity, innovation, and performance.

11. Leverages market research and consumer insights to inform brand decisions.

12. Monitors brand health metrics and performance.

13. Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of department.

14. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.

15. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

16. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

JOB SCOPE:

The incumbent is a senior member of the management team who interacts independently at all levels of the organization in order to effectively represent their functional unit and participate in/lead initiatives and projects that will contribute to furthering the organization's mission and goals. This is a key support position to executive and senior leadership, primarily impacting revenue retention and growth, brand image, and the effective coordination of the Marketing and Communications team to achieve outlined business goals. The incumbent has significant impact on departmental budget planning and strategy development as well as departmental financial and operating business plans. This job has the authority to recommend and implement appropriate policies, procedures and controls to assure compliance with applicable contractual provisions, regulations, and legislation. This is a people management job with authority for all Talent actions (hiring, firing, discipline, training, etc.).
