Responsibilities
Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. is a provider of patient-focused, comprehensive mental health services. We offer mental health evaluations to children, adolescents, adults and older adults in crisis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week response, including all holidays. Our service model focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition of your mental health patients. Based on the results of an assessment, we determine the most appropriate level of care and recommend treatment facilities. The tele-psychiatric assessment and consultation services we offer are designed to connect people with the care provides best equipped to address their mental health issues. Visit us online at https://bhconnections.org The Clinical Director has the responsibility of managerial and clinical oversite for all mobile/tele/ERM assessors and call Center staff; provides training for all staff, provides clinical supervision, review and oversight of clinical documentation ensuring the appropriate triaging of patients is made to the most appropriate level of care; supervises the daily schedule of staff to ensure suitable Coverage for 24/7 coverage of the call center.

Licensure and Certification: Meets current state requirements for the provision of mental health assessments and/or licensed in the State where BHC is providing services as a Licensed Professional Counselor ("LPC"), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ("LMFT"), Licensed Master Social Worker ("LMSW"), Licensed Clinical Social Worker ("LCSW") RN ("Registered Nurse - BSN") Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital. ("Customer hospital" means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services.) Must have a valid driver's license Experience: Preferably three or more years' experience in intake assessment activities within an acute psychiatric setting and experience in health care business, business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results is preferred.
