Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven professional to join our client as a Site Manager and oversee operations at a busy vehicle rental site serving rideshare, last-mile delivery, and taxi drivers. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind daily operations, team development, and strategic growth - ensuring customers receive exceptional service while the business scales efficiently.

Salary: $95,000 - $145,000/yr. (Based on skills and experience)

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to meet and exceed operational and financial targets.
  • Oversee daily rental operations including launches, returns, swaps, and customer support.
  • Step in to resolve workflow challenges, customer escalations, and morale concerns.
  • Partner with garage operations to ensure vehicles are ready and turnaround times are fast.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, approvals, performance reviews, and hiring.
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics to leadership.




Qualifications:



  • Previous experience with rental car services, strong customer service and General Manager.
  • 4+ years in operations, logistics, automotive, retail, or rental environments.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.
  • Proven ability to motivate teams, manage priorities, and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong communication skills - clear, honest, and motivating under pressure.
  • Grit, adaptability, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
