Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team.

This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN.

The Supply Chain Analyst reports to the Director, Supply Chain Business Analytics. The Supply ChainAnalyst provides strategic business analysis services to Baptist Health facility executive leaders, BaptistHealth Supply Chain leadership, Service Line and Resource Councils. The focus of this position is to workclosely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of the business strategy, processes,services, roadmap, goals and context in which the business operates. This position is responsible for a fullrange of activities include analyzing the financial impact of small to mid-size projects within Supply Chain toproviding analytics for strategic initiatives. These projects can represent multi-million dollars in financialimpact to the healthcare system. This position holds some influence as the analyst's work supportsstrategic decisions. The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for utilizing data from multiple sources,including but not limited to, Strata, Premier Spend Advisor/Dashboard, Epic, Qlik productivity, PeopleSoftand benchmark tools. The analyst assists in establishing goals and supports efforts to achieve those goalsand track the results. They understand, support, and prioritize the needs of the Baptist Health Executiveteams. They collaborate effectively with Supply Chain to support those needs. This position requiresoccasional travel via air or company vehicle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in health care analytics and/or supply chain management and/or financial/business analytics.

  • Specific category market knowledge of key medical/surgical products, capital & non-capital equipment, and servicespreferred

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Demonstrated history of handling multiple competing priorities/deadlines effectively.
