Responsibilities

As a Supply Planning BI Intern at J.W. Speaker, you will utilize your sharp analytical skills in a dynamic environment. You'll work alongside fellow Supply Planning Analysts to create and update reports, tools, and dashboards using our BI software Domo (similar to Power BI and Tableau). You'll work on a variety of data projects ranging from safety stock effectiveness, parameter review support, inventory health analysis, enhancing Domo dashboards, and writing documentation. Be ready to jump right in!

Qualifications

• Must be working towards a Supply Chain, Information Systems, and/or Data Science degree at an accredited college or university
• Junior/Senior standing preferred, but all school years are welcome to apply!

Hiring Process

We're seeking an intern for the academic year who is willing to work up to 16 hours per week.

The Campus Recruiting team reviews resumes on a rolling basis. The internship hiring process consists of two interviews. Typically, the first interview is conducted at your college or university campus or over the phone. The second interview is onsite at J.W. Speaker in Germantown, WI. All candidates will be notified of hiring decisions via e-mail or phone and validated with a formal offer letter around October 1, 2025 (or earlier). Occasionally, we may receive requests for interns after this date and will reach out to those interns who best fit our new hiring needs.
