About the role:

As a Senior Technology Integrator Engineer in our Product Development team, you will lead the integration of cutting-edge electrical, electronic, and combustion technologies into our appliance portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, ensuring quality, and collaborating across functions to deliver exceptional consumer experiences.

You'll be part of a dynamic engineering environment where your expertise in hardware design, testing, and lifecycle management will shape the next generation of multifunctional appliances. What you'll do:

As a Senior Technology Integrator Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and integration of multifunctional technologies across electrical, electronic, and combustion systems. If you have a structured engineering mindset, a passion for innovation, and a collaborative spirit, this is your opportunity to help Electrolux shape living for the better.

In detail, you will:

  • Lead the design and integration of electrical, electronic, and combustion components and subsystems.

  • Develop and validate wire harnesses, electromechanical components, electronic boards, and gas modules.

  • Define and execute test plans using tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters.

  • Analyze quality data and log files to identify root causes and drive improvements.

  • Manage component lifecycles including specification, cataloging, cost modeling, and roadmap development.

  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure robust implementation.

  • Support factories with technical expertise to enhance productivity and reduce rework.

Who you are:

  • University degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in hardware development and combustion systems.

  • Proficient in 2D/3D CAD tools and electronic board testing (SMD, TH components).

  • Knowledge of EMI/EMC standards, UL858, IEC60335, IEC60730.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.

  • Experience in Value Management and Design for Assembly/Manufacturing is a plus.

  • Familiarity with environmental and approval regulations across regions.

You will be based in Springfield, TN, working within our Product Development department. Occasional travel may be required to support cross-functional initiatives and factory operations.
