Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and service readiness expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of accurate, competitive, and compliant proposals while managing Integrated Services Readiness (ISR) deliverables such as LSA, documentation, training, special tools, and spare parts in alignment with project and customer requirements. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, and central ISR functions), coordinate technical stakeholders to align on bid strategies, and much more." Managing the technical scope of bids and ensuring the readiness of Integrated Services (ISR) deliverables. ,
Coordinating with other metiers/functions to ensure ISR alignment. ,
Ensuring compliance with standards, best practices, and integration with central ISR functions. ,
Promoting standard ISR practices and leveraging data for continuous improvement. ,
Producing ISR KPI dashboards and REX reports. ,
Providing engineering effort estimates for bid preparation. ,
Analyzing customer specifications and defining compliance strategies. ,
Leading technical design reviews and consolidating technical documentation. ,
Supporting negotiations with customers and ensuring smooth handover to project teams.
