Join Aebi Schmidt, as we drive our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation across North America. As the Business Process Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and deploying standardized purchasing and warehouse processes across all North American facilities as part of our multi-year OneERP program.

What you'll do:

  • Understand and lead adoption of established template business processes deployed in the SAP S/4 public cloud solution for Aebi-Schmidt North America
  • Interface with key and end users at the manufacturing sites to educate and optimize the business process to ensure best practices are followed and business process is adhered to.
  • Work with manufacturing sites to identify and resolve business requirement fit gaps within the scope of the template SAP S/4 solution.
  • Act as a leader for the deployment program in the areas of Warehouse management and material movements helping to ensure value stream tasks are completed on time in the responsible value stream
  • Provide training to key and end users in the key areas of responsibility (Warehouse stock movements, production staging, goods receipt and delivery, cycle counting)
  • Assist in data migration overall, and responsible specifically for successful migration of inventory related data objects (stock balances, bin locations, etc)
  • Support cutover activities to ensure successful continuous operation of the business. Full support engagement during hypercare period.
  • Document business processes and ensure work instructions are accurate and up to date.

Travel requirements are variable, but expect ~25-35% travel with periods of extended travel during key project periods, typically testing and cutover/go live.

What you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in operating in warehouse management, specifically in the areas of inventory management, material movements, or related supply chain activities.
  • Experience participating in 1 or more ERP or WMS conversion projects required, SAP preferred.
  • Knowledge in performing warehouse operations within an ERP required, SAP specific preferred.
