In this role, you'll safely transport raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods to ensure production runs smoothly. You'll be an essential part of our team, supporting efficiency, organization, and safety every step of the way. Schedule Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Compensation & Benefits: Value, Recognized We reward great work with: Pay: $19.50/hour + $1.00/hour night shift premium Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week 401(k): Dollar-for-dollar match up to 8% Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one Paid time off and holidays Growth and development opportunities Job Description: Possibility Unpacked What you'll do: Safely operate forklifts to transport raw materials, WIP, and finished goods Deliver roll stock, pallets, and supplies to production areas Package, wrap, and prepare finished goods for shipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment Accurately complete paperwork and system transactions for inventory traceability Perform housekeeping, inspections, and scrap weighing Collaborate with co-workers and support multiple functions during shifts Follow and promote all EHS and safety standards Anticipate production needs and seek improvement opportunities What We Want From You: Lead the Pack Preferred qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years forklift experience (preferred) Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments Strong communication and multitasking skills Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Ability to safely operate heavy machinery and lift up to 50 lbs.
