Business Overview: Project Description - what are the selling points that would spike a candidates interest in this role: The Enterprise Fraud Response Team within Best Buy is a highly collaborative productive and energizing team whose focus is to identify and resolve several types of eCommerce post purchase fraud. In this role you would have the opportunity to apply your talents for data analytics communication critical and logical thinking in order to resolve customer claims on behalf of the organization. Note: - This is a non-customer facing role - Currently this role is not contract to hire - Role is open to contract extension following one year Why are you looking for this role at this time? To support the team with workload Position Overview: Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for: - Retrieve and analyze data in relation to fraud investigations - Reviewing transaction data for potential fraud - Assist with ongoing investigations Typical Day in the role: - 90 percent heads down work on tasks listed above How is performance measured in this role? Through an ability to meet deadlines established by the team.
